American outsourcing company in Tashkent is looking for candidates for the position of BDC Representative (Customer Service Assistant). We are looking for creative and engaging team members who enjoy speaking to people, and are always up for a challenge, and enjoy a work environment that is both fun and highly productive. You do not need to have a background in automotive sales, or sales in general, though it is preferred. We will consider those with and without experience, and we are prepared to train the right person who is looking to grow their skill set as a professional.
What will your day look like? You'll answer internet leads from manufacturer and third party websites, answer phone calls from customers looking to buy a vehicle, and continue to reach out to your existing customer base through phone, text, and email daily. You must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have strong writing skills. You will also need to be a self-starter, staying on-task and productive during lower lead volume days. While no cold calling is involved, you may be required to contact existing store customers to see if they are interested in upgrading.

We are looking for someone that is:
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
• Great communication skills
• Integrity, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Fluent English(at least IELTS 6.5 and up)
• Excellent customer service
• Is at least 20 years of age

• Work time starts at 19.00 till 5.00
