Synel Software Development company is looking for strong L2 Support Engineers

- Assist customers by solving complex problems
- Explore source code, databases, logs and traces to discover the root causes of issues and fix those
- Grow your product knowledge - both in breadth and depth

- at least 2 years of solving customer issues (support or coding)
- strong SQL skills, experience with SQL Server is preferred
- experience with coding, knowledge of C# is a strong advantage
