API Integration Engineer

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers build and operate integration with different kind of API’s provided by ZoodMall and ZoodPay.

We require individuals who are team players, have decent communication skills, who think logically and work very hard, are able to work independently in a very employee friendly and flexible work environment, and, most important, are eager to learn.

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Work closely with our product managers and development teams
Attend daily stand-ups and any other meetings schedules
Manage tasks using JIRA and communicate status to tech leads and project managers
Support production releases and investigate issues, if needed

Basic knowledge of HTTP, DNS protocols
Basic knowledge of REST, JSON
Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, MySQL/SQL
Experience in QA/Rest API testing
Experience with Postman or curl/other command line HTTP clients
Basic knowledge of git
Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
Experience working in agile projects
Strong collaboration skills
Good knowledge of English language (both spoken and written)
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
