Analyze complex real-world problems and apply technology solutions to solve them
Write clean, testable and reusable code
Work as part of a cross functional team including Project Managers, Ux/UI Designers and Business Analysts and independently
Perform code reviews and refactor code
Document development and operational procedures
Research new technology solutions independently and convey these ideas both to internal teams and external customers

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or compensating work experience
1 - 3 years working as a developer, real world experience required
Experience with one or more of the following: Spring MVC, Spring Boot
Experience with modern frontend framework such as: React, Vue or Angular
Experience working with and maintaining a relational database deployed on offerings such as Oracle and Postgres
Proficiency in building web-based applications
Experience with source control systems such as Git
Experience across the full stack is nice to have, but not required
