Tech Lead

Position: Tech Lead
Salary: $3000-$4000
Localtion: Remote or in Tashkent office
Main Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture & implementation for multiple microservice web applications, orchestrating multi-cloud infrastructure
Identify technical debt, manage tech debt & improvements roadmap, and architect solutions
Lead a team of 8 high-performing engineers
Responsible for the maintenance, and availability of systems in production, under High Availability (99.9%)
Support customers & respond to hotfixes when alerts are raised based on application errors

Skills and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in technical leadership, managing software engineering teams, and setting technical direction.
7+ years of software development experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to Typescript, Node.js, Postgres, RabbitMQ
Maturity in the understanding of how to architect & implement scalable, and highly available backend systems with best practices
Mature understanding of coding best practices and standards, and experience implement them into a development team
Experience leading a remote development team
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, and Russian
