Stylemix is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Product Manager!

We are looking for individuals who:
- 3+ years of experience, a record of managing product development for multiple product
- Fluent Uzbek, English and Russian
- Experience launching new products and technologies
- Experience working within startups
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Proven analytical skills

The Scope of Works:
- Develop a product vision for roadmap development, feature development, platform development, and overall customer experience development.
- Lead product competitive benchmarking and participate in prioritizing all product related work including service models, content models, pricing and marketing.
- Drive product design to development end-to-end, working with the design, and development teams. This will include researching internal and external user needs, gathering requirements, scoping and designing creative solutions, articulating and prioritizing detailed feature definitions
- Deeply understand the internal content and business team's problems to solve, commission UX and market research to understand and lead solutioning that balance customer and business needs.
- Collaborate with UX / Design teams to define user flows and designs
- Identify user testing / interview needs and work with research teams to prepare for and schedule sessions and use the outcomes to inform product design and requirements
- Present product plans, ideas, and designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders for feedback
