Description

Stylemix company is looking for Head of Customer Support Department!

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Management for teams of 5+ employees;
- Perfect understanding of Support activities and workflows;
- Experienced in creation, tuning up and control for wide specter of processes including Zendesk, jira, trello, wordpress.org;
- Fluent English and Russian.

Tasks

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5+ Support Specialists;
- Maintain and support internal general IT activities, processes and operations (Monitoring, Product Training, Tool training etc.);
- Plan and control internal projects and tasks within deadlines;
- Implement industry best practices (Communication Training, Writing Style Guide и Tone)
- Optimize existing workflows and processes.
