IT specialist

IT Specialist operates the company’s internal and external system, requests improvement points, and performs tasks so that system users can do their jobs more efficiently.
A very important requirement!

Duties and responsibilities
· Internal IT system Management
- Understanding of KT&G internal IT system according to work process
(KT&G Internal IT System: SAP and other internally generated system)

- Resolving and Troubleshooting problems that occur when using the system.
· Communication with KT&G HQ IT department

- Educating how to use IT system functions to users.
· Adopting, Operating and educating users to do jobs efficiently

- Security Management/IT Surveillance management (instructed from KT&G Korea)

· Local IT system introduction and management
- Introducing Uzbekistan local IT system, i.e., local HR system, 1C, etc.

- Introduced local system training and stabilization and educating for user

- Resolving and Troubleshooting problems that occur when using the system.
· Communication with system provider

- Educating how to use IT system functions to users.
· Adopting, Operating and educating users to do jobs efficiently

· Marketing CRM System Management
* KT&G MD (5~10 Outsourced team) will utilize either “Smart Up” or “Mobi C” as
CRM system to record information they get from each of retailer visit.

- Setting infrastructure of KT&G CRM system when it is first introduced
(Installing system, making system ready to operate on mobile, managing ID or license per each user)

- Resolving & troubleshooting problems on real time base while MD using the CRM system.

- Communicating with system providers to support MD’s field operation

· KT&G Office IT Infrastructure and S/W, H/W management
- Managing IT H/W, S/W of KT&G Uzbekistan Office
· PC, printers, OS, Commercial S/W, Licenses, File server, etc.
- Management of networks in line with KT&G Korea policies
· Routers, Switches, Authority to access secured WIFI etc.

- Purchasing and managing new IT equipment

Qualifications

• Experiences
- 2~3 years above of experience related to IT job (preferred)
- Experience using SAP (preferred)
• Knowledge
- Knowledge of IT infra schema, data management, familiar with systems and applications.
- analyze and diagrammed business work process
• Skills
- Smooth communications about business process and IT system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Other Requirements
- Good communication and relationship with other colleagues
- Open mind to other cultures and diversity
- Ability to use a computer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

Working conditions

• This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Work location is Tashkent city and can have business trip if necessary
• The organization structure may change depending on the growth of the KT&G Business, and the position and duties may be raised accordingly.
