Education:
-Higher technical education.
- An academic degree (Master's or PhD) in Artificial Intelligence, Public Administration, or related disciplines is an advantage.
Professional experience:
- Experience in the public sector with government digitalization projects.
- Experience in participating in process automation projects in government or private enterprises.
- Experience in writing design and technical documentation (technical specifications, feasibility study).
- Knowledge and understanding of the operation of systems included in the Electronic Government ecosystem;
- Understanding of data security and personal information protection principles.
Technical skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, Java or C++.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying and scaling AI solutions.
Analytical skills:
- Ability to analyze data.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of legislation Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of telecommunications.
- Experience interacting with various government agencies and agencies, private companies.
Personal qualities:
- Highly motivated and committed to continuous learning and development in the field of AI.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Creative approach to problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to work under multi-tasking and tight deadlines.
Professional certificates (Preferred):
- Certifications in AI and machine learning, such as Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, etc.
Additional requirements:
- Understanding of the ethical and legal issues associated with the development and use of AI.
- Experience with tools for project management and teamwork (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Public speaking and negotiation skills.

- Development and implementation of solutions based on artificial intelligence technologies to improve the efficiency of public administration.
- Analyze and process data from various public and private sources to identify key performance indicators.
- Development of predictive models to optimize resources and processes in public administration and the real sector of the economy.
- Implementation of AI-based solutions to improve management and decision-making in government agencies.
- Maintenance and adaptation of AI systems for various government and commercial projects.
- Training and consulting employees of government agencies on the use of AI.
