Specialist for the development of AI and methodology

Education:
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related field.
- An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in artificial intelligence, machine learning or related discipline will be an advantage.
Professional experience:
- Experience in writing and coordinating draft regulations, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Experience working with international organizations will be an advantage;
- Experience working with technical documentation (writing technical specifications, concepts, etc.).
Technical skills (preferably) :
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of deep learning, neural networks and other modern AI technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Analytical skills:
- Ability to analyze complex data;
Personal qualities:
- Highly motivated and committed to continuous learning and development in the field of AI.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Creative approach to problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to work under multi-tasking and tight deadlines.
Professional certificates (desirable):
- Certifications in AI and machine learning, such as Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, etc.
Additional requirements:
- Experience with tools for project management and teamwork (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Public speaking and negotiation skills.
- Experience in writing technical documentation and scientific articles will be an advantage.

- Research and development of new artificial intelligence methods.
- Development of methodological recommendations for the implementation of AI in various fields.
- Creation and maintenance of a knowledge base on best practices and the latest achievements in the field of AI.
- Conducting evaluation studies and testing of AI systems for their effectiveness and reliability.
- Development of standards and regulations for the implementation and use of AI in government and commercial organizations.
- Coordination of work with international agencies and institutions for the exchange of knowledge and experience.
- Training and advanced training of specialists in the development and application of AI.
