Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Telesales Representative who can leverage their sales expertise to effectively communicate and promote our digital product development solutions, including AWS cloud services, AI, ML, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies. This role will focus on reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and closing sales through phone-based interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical services and digital technologies, enabling them to present our solutions in a clear, compelling way to potential clients across various industries.
• Proven Telesales Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or inside sales, particularly in technology or digital solutions.
• Technical Understanding of Digital Solutions
Solid understanding of technologies such as AWS cloud services, AI and ML applications, blockchain, and Web3. Familiarity with digital transformation processes and cloud-native solutions is essential.
• Sales Strategy Expertise
Ability to craft and execute sales strategies that target different client segments, such as startups, SMBs, and large enterprises. Experience in segmenting leads and tailoring communication for various industries (e.g., healthcare, retail, finance).
• Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills
Ability to clearly articulate the value of advanced technologies, breaking down complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven success in delivering persuasive presentations over the phone.
• Negotiation & Closing Skills
Strong ability to negotiate pricing and terms with prospects, moving them from initial interest to signed deals. Experience with high-ticket sales and complex proposals is a plus.
• CRM Proficiency
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track communications, and ensure follow-ups are performed in a timely manner.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented
Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Comfortable working remotely and independently, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability & Learning Agility
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the technology landscape and our product offerings. Must be proactive in learning new technologies and trends in the digital solutions space.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate Leads and Drive Sales:
Conduct cold calls to introduce our software solutions, including web, iOS, Android development, cloud services (AWS), AI, ML, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies. Qualify leads and book appointments for follow-up by the sales team or close deals directly.
• Detailed Product Presentation:
Present our full range of custom digital development solutions in a manner that effectively addresses client pain points. Provide in-depth knowledge of our offerings, including specific technologies like AI-powered automation, blockchain-based solutions, and serverless architecture, ensuring prospects understand their potential applications and benefits.
• Targeted Sales Approach:
Work closely with the business development team to craft personalized pitches based on industry-specific use cases. Tailor sales scripts and presentations to meet the unique needs of businesses within sectors such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, and enterprise solutions.
• Market Research & Lead Qualification:
Proactively conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of cloud solutions, AI integration, and blockchain platforms. Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on company size, needs, and budget.
• Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update lead and opportunity records in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate, timely, and reflective of client interactions. Track and report on sales progress, pipeline health, and feedback to help refine future outreach efforts.
• Technical Support in the Sales Process:
Provide technical explanations to prospects regarding how our solutions (AWS services, blockchain, AI, ML) can solve their specific challenges. Address technical queries and demonstrate the benefits of integrating these technologies into their existing infrastructure.
• Close Sales and Meet Targets:
Engage prospects in pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals. Work closely with the sales team to ensure the accurate preparation of quotes and proposals. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Follow-up and Customer Support:
Conduct follow-up calls after the initial contact to answer questions, nurture relationships, and move the client further down the sales pipeline. Provide ongoing customer support and information to ensure prospects are fully informed and ready to make decisions.
• Provide Industry Insights:
Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis with the sales team to adapt strategies, enhance customer engagement, and refine sales techniques.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and content aimed at educating leads about emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, and machine learning. Engage in team meetings to refine strategies and learn best practices.
