🔗 Gathered around 3,000 people at our offline eventsAs part of Znohub’s launch in Uzbekistan (preparation for DTM entrance exams in Uzbek and Russian), we are looking for a local digital marketing specialist who understands the market, culture, and digital landscape.
We need an energetic and creative digital marketer to lead the launch and growth of our marketing efforts in Uzbekistan.
Your mission will be to promote our EdTech product to high school students and their parents, leveraging all digital channels, testing hypotheses, working with influencers, and running campaigns that deliver real results. - Основные задачи

Responsibilities:
- Localize and adapt marketing messages for the Uzbekistan market
- Set up and optimize traffic and lead generation funnels (landing pages, quizzes, forms)
- Manage campaign reporting (CPA, CTR, CPL, ROMI, etc.)
- Collaborate with local bloggers, influencers, and Telegram channels
- Monitor competitors, trends, and the educational context in UzbekistanRequirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in tools: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Telegram, TikTok, analytics tools (GA, Meta Events, Amplitude)
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, marketing analytics, and trigger chains
- Fluent Russian, proficient spoken and written Uzbek
- Ability to work independently, test hypotheses, and achieve resultsNice to have:
- Experience launching and optimizing ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Telegram)
- Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or B2C products
- Personal experience with DTM exams or knowledge of the Uzbekistan education market structure
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Portfolio of successful digital campaigns (optional, but appreciated) - График работы
