Core Development Team (IT Specialists):

Full-Stack Developer (x2) – fast MVP execution, backend (Supabase, PostgreSQL) + frontend (React/Next.js).

Mobile Developer (x1) – cross-platform app (React Native or Flutter).

UI/UX Designer (x1) – minimalistic, user-friendly onboarding flow design.

QA Engineer (x1) – testing, bug tracking, quality assurance.

DevOps / Cloud Engineer (x1) – deployment, hosting, scaling, and security setup.

Integration & Automation:

CRM & Automation Specialist (x1) – Zoho One/CRM integration, bot flows (Telegram/WhatsApp), email & calendar sync.

API Integration Engineer (x1) – payment solutions, ID verification, video interview tools.

Business & Operations:

Project Manager (x1) – daily stand-ups, sprint tracking, reporting, deadline control.

Business Analyst (x1) – workflows for candidates, employers, and government dashboards.
