SGT Auto Transport is a 5-star rated auto transport management company established in 2014 in Florida. We relocated to South Carolina in 2015 and later on, to NY in 2023.
Position Overview: Provide exceptional service to customers through timely, accurate, and empathetic communication across multiple channels.

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with their orders and issues
• Provide order updates (pickup status, in-transit, delivery).
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Resolve issues related to payments, scheduling, or paperwork.
• Escalate complex cases (pricing disputes, claims, complaints) to management.
• Support sales and dispatch teams by relaying accurate information.

KPI
• Utilization rate
• Login time
• Resolution time
• Quality Assurance > 85%.

Main Shift by EST (United States Eastern Time Zone) - After interview

• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
• Fluent in English
