How exactly you can influence the development
of the Company:

● manage the full procurement cycle: request for proposals, analysis, tender process, contracting, delivery, acceptance, and payments
● handle multiple categories: office supplies, laptops and IT equipment, marketing
● collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and other internal teams

Challenges for three months:

● successfully learn and adapt to internal processes, policies, and systems
● take ownership of assigned procurement categories
● build effective communication with the team and internal stakeholders

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in procurement (in international or large structured local companies), with multi-category purchasing: office supplies, IT equipment, marketing
● solid understanding of the procurement function
● basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
● experience working with CRM systems, Jira
● proven track record of managing the full procurement cycle (request – comparison – tender – contracting – delivery – acceptance – payment)
● experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
● participation in contract negotiations and alignment with Legal, Finance, and counterparties
● English level: A2+

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
