To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in recruiting non-tech specialists
● experience in ensuring a high-quality full cycle of the recruitment process
● high level of communication skills
● ability to build an effective search strategy and form a recruitment funnel with relevant candidates
● skills of successful use of all necessary methods, standard and non-standard tools and resources for searching for specialists
● successful mastery of various interview techniques
● effective negotiation skills
● successful experience in closing niche and complex vacancies
● experience of working with different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Caucasus countries, etc.) will be an advantage
● result orientation, analytical skills
● high level of EQ
● Intermediate level of English at least

Основные задачи

How exactly you can influence the development
of the Company:

● ensuring high-quality and timely recruitment in the Operation and Administration Direction (non-tech: Customer Care, Driver Care, Quality Development, Legal, HR etc.)
● full cycle recruiting process using standard and non-standard recruitment methods
● integrated project approach to work on vacancies
● providing a high level of service at all stages of the recruitment process
● determining the best ways to search, finding non-standard and effective ways to hire perfect match candidates
● building and establishing business contacts in a professional environment to attract the best experts
● prompt and high-quality maintenance of the ATS system
● research and analysis of labour markets
● participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, internal corporate work
● participation in other HR projects of the company
● participation in the development of the employer's brand in the labour market

Challenges for three months:

● introduction to recruiting processes
● recruitment of perfect match candidates in accordance with the agreed deadlines in Operation and Administration Direction
● prompt and high-quality maintenance of the ATS system
● research and analysis of labour markets (if necessary)
● ensuring timely recruitment of personnel for the product launch in new locations (if necessary)
● search for new and non-standard methods of sourcing and selection

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
