AI Assistant/Chatbot Requirements
Key functional Requirements:
1. Email Management: Automatically read, categorize summarize emails, assist in drafting professional email responses.
2. Document Analysis: Analyse and summarize long documents (reports, procedures, guidelines), extract key information for staff efficiency.
3. Knowledge Base: Serve as an internal knowledge base for operational procedures and policies, enable quick search and response for the question of internal procedure and policies.
4. Customer Service & Chatbot for Customers: Handle basic questions, and daily routine FAQs from the customers in voice and text format; operate across website, mobile app, and voice channels.
5. Integration with other banking products: Document circulation platform for internal use, outlook integration – automate email reading, summarization, and calendar management within Microsoft Outlook, Website & Internet Banking integration – enable self-service for customer via chatbot on both platforms.
6. Process Optimization: Automate routine tasks like email response, reminders and report generation
7. Operational Insights: Generate real-time reports and analytics to assist in decision-making and process improvements.
Non – functional requirements:
• On-Premise Deployment: Fully hosted on-premise for enhanced security and data control.
• Security: Ensure compliance measures and other banking regulations, including encryption and multi-factor authentication.
• Self – Taught Capability: The assistant should be able to from data provided by the bank (internal documents, customer interactions). It should provide more accurate responses and handle more complex queries without manual retraining.
• User-Friendliness: The system should be intuitive and easy to use, both for employees and customers. The interface should require minimal training and be designed with focus on improving user experience and accessibility.
• Scalability: More than 200 users
