I’m Javlon, a passionate Python Backend Engineer with over 3 years of experience building clean, scalable, and efficient backend systems. My journey began at Marss Team LLC, where I got my first real taste of software development. I grew technically and professionally at Abduganiev Technology, eventually becoming a Backend Team Lead, guiding a diverse team of Python and Java developers.

At ИП Phoenix, I focused on performance — optimizing large CRM and ERP systems, reducing loading times by 30%, and improving code quality and maintainability. Currently, I’m proud to be part of XCDM AI, a UK-based company, where I was promoted to Second Lead Python Engineer. I work on international projects, collaborate with a highly skilled and friendly global team, and continue pushing my backend skills further.

Beyond code, I’m someone who enjoys simplicity and depth — especially when it comes to learning. I like reading books, but not just any book — if one really clicks with me, I dive into it fully. I’m also curious about leadership, product thinking, and exploring how technology can solve meaningful problems in smarter ways.
