1. Remote Access:
All work must be performed remotely via Zoom, Anydesk, or screen sharing on our system if needed. No server-side credentials will be shared without NDA.

2. NDA Required:
A Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed before accessing any platform details or codebase.

3. Documentation:
Full technical documentation must be provided at each milestone, including changes made, purpose, and recovery instructions if bugs appear.

4. Quality Standards:
Code must follow PSR-12 or Laravel coding standards. Unit testing and functionality testing are required before milestone delivery.

5. Communication:
Regular updates must be given (daily or every 2 days), and the developer/company should be available for scheduled Zoom calls if required.

6. Milestone Approval:
No next milestone will begin until the previous milestone is fully approved by our team, including documentation.

7. Intellectual Property:
All code, documentation, and deliverables will be 100% owned by Pipeum after payment.

Experienced Laravel, MySQL+ AWS Developer/Team for Bug Fixes, Enhancements

Mandatory Technical Skills

Proven experience with Laravel (PHP 8+) and MySQL.

Strong command of AWS services including S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing Laravel codebases.

Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blade templates.

Platform Knowledge

Experience working on procurement platforms, B2B marketplaces, or CRM systems is preferred.

Understanding of file storage limits, user-specific memory management, and secure backups.

Work Approach & Communication

Ability to work remotely via screen sharing (Zoom/Anydesk) if required.

Fluent in English with availability for regular communication (chat/video meetings).

Capable of working on existing codebase with clean, well-documented updates.

Willing to sign an NDA and deliver proper documentation at the end of each milestone.

Process & Delivery

All code updates must be pushed via Git (Bitbucket or GitHub).

Maintain a clear change log and update status of fixes/improvements.

Suggest and implement AWS cost control, automated backups, and monitoring tools.

Provide a storage usage plan and alert mechanism for user/admin when storage limits are reached.

Proposal & Availability

Must share:

Hourly/weekly/milestone-based rate

Portfolio or references (if applicable)

Availability to start and preferred communication schedule

Must confirm readiness for a long-term collaboration based on performance.
